Registration fee for our conferences

Cancellations for our conferences:
If you cancel 30 days or more before the conference, Lenders' Podium will refund your registration fee (less a $195 administrative fee). There are no refunds for cancellations after this 30-day deadline, but a credit will be issued that can be applied to a future conference. If you paid full price for the original registration, you can substitute a different attendee for the one on the original registration. If you registered using a 50% off discount, only the original registrant may attend without an additional fee.

Order Policy for Audio CDs & Legal Forms:
There are no refunds after an order has been shipped. If you cancel your order prior to shipment, you may apply your entire payment as a credit towards a conference or any other products or we will issue a refund equal to the purchase price less a $195 administrative fee.
